1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
realveo provides AI-powered video creation services. We create custom videos featuring AI-generated actors, scenes, and voiceovers based on specifications you provide through our order form. Videos are delivered digitally within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Our service includes:
Custom AI-generated actors based on your specifications or uploaded photos
Custom scenes/settings based on your specifications or uploaded photos
Script writing or implementation of your provided script
Voice generation or custom voice cloning (when selected)
Human quality review before delivery
Technical revisions as specified in your package
Final deliverables are MP4 video files optimized for social media, advertising, and web use.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTENT RIGHTS
By using realveo, you represent and warrant that:
a) You own or have legal rights to all content you upload (photos, scripts, voice samples, product images, logos, brand materials)
b) You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents to use any likeness, voice, or image you provide
c) Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
d) You will not use our service to create videos impersonating real individuals without their explicit written consent
e) You will comply with all applicable platform policies when using the videos, including AI disclosure requirements on advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google)
You agree to indemnify and hold realveo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your uploaded content or use of the videos.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
What You Receive:
Upon full payment, you receive:
Full commercial usage rights to the final delivered videos
Right to edit, modify, and adapt the videos for your business purposes
Right to use videos across all platforms (social media, websites, ads, email)
Perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license
What realveo Retains:
realveo retains:
Rights to our production process, tools, methods, and AI models
Right to use anonymized project data to improve our services
Right to showcase your videos in our portfolio (you may opt out by contacting us)
Restrictions:
You may not:
Resell or redistribute the videos as stock content
Claim you created the videos without AI assistance (if platform policies require AI disclosure)
Reverse-engineer our production methods
4. REVISION POLICY
What's Covered:
Technical revisions are included as specified in your package and cover:
Visual errors or glitches in the generated content
Audio sync issues or delivery problems
Significant deviations from your approved specifications
What's NOT Covered:
Revisions do not cover:
Changes to your original specifications (script, actor description, scene, voice style)
Subjective preferences ("I don't like the actor's expression")
Requests for different creative direction after approval
Minor variations in AI-generated content that are within normal quality ranges
Changes to original specifications constitute new work and require a new order.
Revision Window:
You must request revisions within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the project is considered accepted and no revisions will be provided.
5. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
Payment:
Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept payment via Stripe.
Refund Policy:
Full refund if we cannot complete your project as specified due to technical limitations
Full refund if you cancel within 2 hours of order placement (before production begins)
No refunds after final video is delivered and meets your original specifications
No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with approved specifications
Chargebacks:
If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to:
Revoke your usage rights to delivered videos
Pursue legal action for breach of contract
Ban you from future use of our services
6. AI TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
Our videos are created using artificial intelligence technology. While we employ human quality review, AI-generated content may occasionally contain minor imperfections or variations.
You Acknowledge That:
AI-generated content may not be 100% photorealistic in all cases
Minor variations between orders are normal with generative AI
You are responsible for reviewing videos before use
You are responsible for complying with all platform disclosure requirements when using AI-generated content in advertising
realveo is Not Liable For:
Platform policy violations due to your failure to disclose AI content
Claims that videos are "misleading" if proper disclosures are made
Third-party platform decisions to restrict or remove your content
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may NOT use realveo to create:
Videos impersonating real individuals without their explicit written consent (including celebrities, public figures, or private individuals)
Deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
Content that violates any law or regulation
Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Explicit adult content, hate speech, or content promoting violence
Political disinformation or misleading public communications
Content that violates platform terms of service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and withhold delivery if we determine content violates this policy.
8. DELIVERY & TIMELINES
Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery is 48 hours from order confirmation. "Order confirmation" occurs after:
Payment is received
Your order form is complete with all required information
Any uploaded assets meet our technical requirements
Possible Delays:
Delivery may be delayed if:
Your specifications are unclear or incomplete
Uploaded files are corrupted or unusable
Technical issues beyond our control occur
We will notify you of any delays. Delays do not entitle you to refunds unless we cannot deliver within 7 business days.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Third-party claims arising from your use of the videos
Platform policy violations due to your actions
Legal claims arising from your uploaded content
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.).
IMPORTANT: realveo currently operates as a sole proprietorship. While we take every precaution to provide quality service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of contracting with an individual business and agree to the liability limitations above.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
1. Good Faith Negotiation: Contact us at support@realveo.ai to resolve informally
2. Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of Florida, USA
3. No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of realveo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
