1. Service Description

Realveo provides AI-powered video creation services. We create custom video ads featuring AI-generated presenters, scenes, and voiceovers based on your product photo, URL, or specifications.

Our service includes two tiers:

Self-Serve ($5 and $15 packages)

• AI-generated presenter matched to your product

• AI-selected scene and setting

• AI-written script and voiceover

• Instant delivery upon payment

Human-Reviewed ($49 and above)

• Custom presenter based on your specifications

• Custom scene and background

• Custom script and voice cloning (when selected)

• Human quality review before delivery

• One technical revision included

Final deliverables are MP4 video files optimized for social media, advertising, and web use.

2. User Responsibilities and Content Rights

By using Realveo, you represent and warrant that:

a) You own or have legal rights to all content you upload including photos, scripts, product images, logos, and brand materials

b) You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents to use any likeness, voice, or image you provide

c) Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

d) You will not use our service to create videos impersonating real individuals without their explicit written consent

e) You will comply with all applicable platform policies when using the videos, including AI disclosure requirements on advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google

You agree to indemnify and hold Realveo harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your uploaded content or use of the videos.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final delivered videos, including the right to edit and adapt them for your business purposes, use them across all platforms, and a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive license.

Realveo retains rights to our production process, tools, methods, and AI models, as well as the right to use anonymized project data to improve our services and showcase your videos in our portfolio. You may opt out by contacting us.

You may not resell or redistribute the videos as stock content, claim you created the videos without AI assistance where platform policies require AI disclosure, or reverse-engineer our production methods.

4. Revision Policy

Self-serve orders ($5 and $15) are non-refundable and do not include revisions.

Human-reviewed orders ($49 and above) include one technical revision covering visual errors, audio sync issues, or significant deviations from your approved specifications.

Revisions do not cover subjective preferences, changes to your original brief after delivery, or requests for different creative direction.

You must request revisions within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days the project is considered accepted.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is due in full before production begins. We accept payment via Stripe.

Self-serve orders are non-refundable. Because videos are generated and delivered instantly, no refunds are available once an order is placed.

Human-reviewed orders are eligible for a full refund only in the following cases: technical impossibility, prohibited or copyrighted content, or unresolvable technical errors. No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction or change of mind.

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to revoke your usage rights, pursue legal action, and ban you from future use of our services.

6. AI Technology Disclaimer

Our videos are created using artificial intelligence. While human-reviewed plans include quality review, AI-generated content may occasionally contain minor imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing videos before use and complying with all platform AI disclosure requirements.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Realveo to create videos impersonating real individuals without consent, deepfakes intended to deceive, content that violates any law, content infringing third-party intellectual property, explicit adult content, hate speech, content promoting violence, or political disinformation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and withhold delivery if content violates this policy.

8. Delivery and Timelines

Self-serve orders are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

Human-reviewed orders are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided your specifications are clear and uploaded assets meet our technical requirements. Delays do not entitle you to refunds unless we cannot deliver within 7 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, third-party claims, or platform policy violations due to your actions.

Realveo currently operates as a sole proprietorship. You acknowledge the inherent risks of contracting with an individual business and agree to the liability limitations above.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved first through good faith negotiation at support@realveo.ai, then through binding arbitration under the laws of Florida, USA. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Realveo constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Realveo currently operates as a sole proprietorship. You understand that you are contracting with an individual business owner, not a corporation or LLC.
