Due to the custom nature of our AI-generated video content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed and production has begun.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Each video is created specifically for your brand and cannot be resold
- Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation
- Our team invests time and resources into reviewing and editing each video
We encourage you to carefully review our examples and FAQ before ordering to ensure our service meets your needs.
Revisions vs. Refunds
If your delivered video contains technical or visual errors, you are entitled to request a revision in accordance with the video package you purchased (not a refund).
What's included in a revision?
Revisions are provided for technical or visual issues such as:
- Incorrect product sizing or skewing
- Color inconsistencies
- Audio problems
- Other clear errors in the delivered video
What's NOT included in a revision?
- Subjective style preferences ("I don't like the background")
- Changes to the original brief or script after delivery
- Requests for completely different content
- Minor aesthetic preferences
We will issue a full refund only in the following circumstances:
1. Technical Impossibility
If we determine that your video request is technically impossible to create with current AI technology, we will notify you before production begins and issue a full refund.
2. Copyrighted or Licensed Content
If your request requires the use of copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or other intellectual property that you do not have legal rights to use, we cannot proceed with your order and will issue a full refund.
3. Prohibited Content
If your request violates our content policy (including but not limited to illegal content, hate speech, explicit content, pornography, or anything that could cause harm), we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
4. Unresolvable Technical Issues
If your video contains technical errors that we are unable to fix through revisions, we will issue a full refund.
What We Don't Refund
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the final video (style, tone, aesthetic preferences)
- Issues that can be resolved through our revision process
- Delays caused by incomplete or unclear information provided by you
- Technical issues on your end (inability to download, device compatibility, etc.)
How to Request a Revision
You must request revisions within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the project is considered accepted and no revisions will be provided.
If your video contains technical or visual errors, contact us within 7 days at support@realveo.ai with:
- Your order number
- Description of the specific error
- Screenshot or timestamp of the issue
We will review and provide a revised video (if applicable).
